The MR8K is a 5-mile race created to honor the legacy of Martin Richard. After he tragically lost his life in the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013, his family and friends started the foundation to continue spreading Martin’s message through various community initiatives and fundraising efforts.
The 2023 MR8K hosted by the Martin Richard Foundation will take place on Sunday, October 15th, beginning at 11am.
The race will start and finish at Cisco Brewers Seaport in Boston, MA.
You can register for the race on the Martin Richard Foundation website. There are options to run, walk or even fundraise for the cause if you are unable to attend.
