Gary Martino has done it again with another amazing transformation of a prosthesis. This time it was a peg leg for a young patient who plans on attending a pirate themed party. As you can see in the “before” picture, this is a below knee prosthesis outfitted with a crutch style bottom at the end of the pylon. With nothing more than epoxy, leather, and spray paint Gary crafted this “mock” wooden peg leg, seen in the “after” picture. Of course if you are wearing a United leg you are already very aware of Gary’s skills!
